Coordinated Care
At Northwoods, care is coordinated by a multidisciplinary group that works together: psychiatrists, medical providers, therapists, nurses, and expressive/somatic practitioners aligned around one shared plan for each client. You can expect clear communication, consistent structure, and steady support from intake through next steps.

How Your Care Team Works
Residential treatment is most effective when everyone is aligned. At Northwoods, care is coordinated through regular case reviews and shared planning, so therapy, psychiatric services, and daily support work toward the same goals.
This coordinated approach typically includes comprehensive assessment and individualized treatment planning, evidence-based individual and group therapy, psychiatric oversight and medication management, integrated support for co-occurring substance use concerns, expressive and somatic services when appropriate, and discharge planning with aftercare coordination that begins early.
